When applying for a free US bank account through Cenoa, our strategic partner Bridge (a Stripe company) may ask you to upload proof of payment in USD.
This is required for compliance purposes and helps ensure that your account will be used to receive payments in USD.
You can provide your proof of payment in one of two simple ways:
1. Upload a USD payment or payout screenshot.
Simply upload a screenshot showing a completed payment or payout in USD. This can come from a bank transfer, a payment app, or a digital platform such as Upwork or Fiverr.
Your screenshot must clearly show the transaction amount in USD, the transaction date, a reference number or transaction ID, and a recognizable platform interface.
Your screenshot must clearly show the USD amount, transaction date, transaction ID, and a recognizable platform interface. Please make sure the image is unedited (not cropped, blurred, or altered), as edited images may be automatically rejected.
2. Upload a platform earnings summary.
You may upload an earnings or payout summary generated directly from a platform such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, Shopify, or Amazon.
Make sure the document is unedited, taken from the platform’s official interface, clearly shows earnings in USD, and is associated with your name or account.
Here's an example:

For CrowdGen, Appen, or TELUS, we can also accept project acceptance emails, project approvals, or assignment documents as an exception.
Just make sure your full name is visible, the sender’s email comes from the official platform, and the document is unedited and no older than 180 days.

That’s it! If you’re unsure which document to upload or whether your proof of payment is valid, we’re here to help.
